the restoration work at 1906 Spruce Street, a grand
five-bay brownstone and brick mansion in the
Rittenhouse-Fitler Historic District. The owner and our
client is Wayne Spilove, head of Rittenhouse Management
Corporation, and Chairman of the Pennsylvania Historical
