Professional Background
An Architect for over twenty years, Mr. Goldring has worked in the Philadelphia Area with several firms as well as his own group. His project experience ranges from residential and affordable multi-family housing to corporate office headquarters and retail stores (DSW, Filenes Basement, Value City).  He has worked with Campbell Thomas on several key projects during that period.  Wishing to focus more on affordable housing and sustainable development he joined with Campbell Thomas in early 2008
 
Project Experience
Recent Projects with Campbell Thomas include:
Fire restoration for The Clinton, an historic building.
Renovations to 1049 Lancaster Ave., Berwyn, PA
Design of a new information center for Reading Terminal Market
Prior work with the firm includes:
Rehabilitation & Restoration of The Brentwood at Parkside (AIA Award)
Adaptive rehabilitation studies for the Gerhard Building at Bryn Mawr Hospital
St. James Condominiums – Conversion of a former rectory into affordable housing.
Related Experience:
Renovations to Congregation Ohev Shalom, Wallingford, PA, Updating of multipurpose/ community room and terrace.

 

Responsibilities at CT&C
  Mr. Goldring swerves as project manager and design architect. His responsibilities include all phases of work from initial programming to construction observation.
