Mr. Murray
has worked for the past several years as project architect and project manager
on numerous architectural renovation projects. As a result, he is very
familiar with successfully handling demanding and complex assignments such as
the Brantwood and Marlton Apartments in the historic Parkside neighborhood.
Additionally, Mr. Murray appreciates historic architectural detailing and
incorporates this understanding of architectural preservation in community
planning projects such as those in the Parkside Historic District.
Involved
with historic sites within Fairmount Park, Mr. Murray worked on the planning
and adaptive reuse of the Chamounix Mansion Carriage House as a newly expanded
youth hostel facility, and contributed, as well, to the architectural and
programming analysis for the Fairmount Water Works Master Plan.
Mr. Murray
has also been involved with several Trail Designs. Again, he is very familiar
with successfully handling demanding and complex assignments as were involved
with assembling construction documents for the Philadelphia-Valley Forge
Trail. Mr. Murray is quite familiar with the documentation requirements and
project management techniques employed by PennDOT when working with a
municipality, and he applied this specialty to projects such as the Radnor
Multi-Use Trail, Chester Valley Trail and Perkiomen Trail.
In addition
to historic renovation and trail projects, Mr. Murray’s experience with
municipally funded projects for new construction, such as the East Spring
Avenue Modular Homes in Ardmore, PA, also enables him to work efficiently with
the documentation requirements and project management techniques employed by
funding sources.
Mr. Murray
was responsible for computerizing all drafting, cost estimating and tabulation
of quantity spreadsheets for work performed by the firm. |
