Triangle Container Corporation hired Campbell Thomas & Co. to assist in their plans for expansion. The project is divided into three phases:

• Phase I: Attach a single story addition (16’x100’) to the east wall of the existing facility
• Phase II: Enlarge the existing opening and cutting a new opening in the existing masonry wall for movement of machinery
• Phase III: Attach a second single story addition (16’x120’) extending the Phase I addition towards Erie Avenue.

During the planning stages, CT&C strategically toiled with a contained area abutting the neighboring property. CT&C creatively devised a rain-water run off system on the new addition, while keeping in mind the closeness of the neighboring building as well as the existing internal rain spout system. CT&C planned a new means of emergency egress from the second floor, bearing in mind the external roof level changes and external piping network.

Construction will take place in and around an occupied, operating, industrial environment.
